- RSRik Stardy3 days ago1.0The lady behind the counter did not speak enough English to answer my question on the difference between certain meats. After purchasing 2 bottles of Coke as if it was 1972, they told me that fountain drinks hidden somewhere around the corner in a nook. My burrito was cold. I can have a cold meal at home. There’s absolutely no reason to come here. I could go to Taco Bell and get halfway decent food and service.

But I have ordered multiple times now from the app to pick-up and there’s always something not correct on the order, like fajita veggies being added to a bowl, the wrong rice being used, or sour cream/queso added to a bowl for someone that’s lactose intolerant. Kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt in the beginning but the mixups are only getting worse. Won’t be ordering from here anymore and will be returning back to the Hales Corners location instead.

I get to the window the place is EMPTY besides the employees and there just chilling and talking im at the window in my car and shes comes as the others sit there on there phones and she said it'll be 5 minutes I was 10 minutes late past my pick-up time mind you they've messed up my order many times... all the way from my bowl being not what I ordered but my name on it to missing chips and guacamole and even a whole bowl being missing!!! Yes I was refunded but thats not that point.... I only order from this location because of the fact its the closest location the hales corners one is alot further up or id just order there...

Both times I've been here as a delivery driver I've been completely ignored. Letting the employees know you're there for a delivery does nothing. This evening I sat there for 20+ minutes alongside 3-4 other drivers and not a single order was completed in this time. I was there for a 6 ingredient burrito bowl and chips. After sitting that long and asking when the food would be ready, I was told another 10 minutes. You have to be so incredibly incompetent to not be able to make a basic food item on your menu in 20+ minutes. You have two people making food, one for Togo orders and one for people in the restaurant. There was 8-10 customers that ordered and got their food fully made in front of me before I left. This is an awful location. It looks nice inside to trick you into the nonexistent service there. I'd rate it a 0 if I could.

I would have waited a few minutes. BUT the WORST part of this visit was seeing the kid using the same pair of gloves our entire visit. From prepping food to ringing up register. Even going to bathroom door knocking & shaking handle to get the girl coworkers out. Back to prepping the next customers food!! 🤮
