  Went to Carrabbas for the first time since Brookfield closed and food was great, the service even better! Alyssa was a fantastic server, saying 10 out of 10 is an understatement. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and served by many people in my day, and Alyssa is by far one of the best servers I’ve had the pleasure of being served by. The food was a tad bit pricier than I remember, around $100 for me and my wife. All around very enjoyable experience, if you want great service and great conversation, ask for Alyssa - you will not be disappointed.

  Adam was fantastic! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience feel effortless. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked in at all the right times without being intrusive. The service truly made our visit even better—huge shoutout to Adam for such a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

  Amazing Experience – Adam & the Incredible Food Make This Place a Must-Visit! I just had the BEST dining experience, and it’s all thanks to the amazing service and incredible food at this place! From the moment I walked in, Adam greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a VIP. His attention to detail, friendly vibe, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire visit so much more enjoyable. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy and well taken care of! Now, let’s talk about the food. WOW. Every dish I tried was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. Whether you’re a fan of savory or sweet, they’ve got something for everyone – and trust me, you won’t leave hungry! If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this is the place. Adam’s friendly service, paired with the amazing food, is something you won’t want to miss. I can’t wait to come back!

  Last Saturday night, we took our two daughters and two grandkids to Carrabba’s in Milwaukee. One of our daughters wanted to go to Carrabba’s because she is finishing up her last round of chemotherapy because of breast cancer. She was excited to get to go because over this treatment she has lost her taste. From the minute, we walked in the door and was seated. It was quite obvious that our server did not want to be at work that day. She was rude, condescending, and very short with every answer of questions that we asked. I finally went up and asked to speak for a manager, and a man came out. Listen to my concerns and said he would take care of it. I told him we did not want that person back that we wanted a new server. He did not remove her from our table. He only added someone else to help her. So the entire time we ate dinner, we had to deal with this rude server. I got up to go to the restroom and noticed that the manager was standing over by where the food comes out of the kitchen on his cell phone. I went and washed my hands and came back sit down at my table and lo and behold. He was still standing playing on his cell phone. I went up to him and stood behind him. He was actually looking at Facebook and I said to him it was it that the girl could not keep up she was just rude. I don’t know why you did not replace her like we asked. He said he would speak to her. I can absolutely assure that my family will not be going back to this Carrabba unless this is resolved. I sure hope someone would reach back out to me and provide me with a reason why we weren’t accommodated and why the manager sat there and played on Facebook most of the time. We go to Carrabba‘s all the time in Florida and it is our go to restaurant for steak, pork chops, and pasta, there’s no better. But at no time if we ever experienced such rude server in all of our time, going to your restaurant. I hope someone will reach out to me. Also, I’d like to add that the manager never did once come to our table and ask if everything was OK. He didn’t look towards our table and completely ignored us. Not a good manager maybe he’s a good content provider for Facebook, but he’s not in a good position if he can’t even stop by the table and ask how things were knowing that we were not happy

  Let me start off with, our waitress was great. This was my first experience at this restaurant. It was not anything exciting or somewhere I would take someone that I'm looking to treat to a nice meal. This is a I'm hungry but don't want fast food kind of restaurant. My booth seat was covered with cheese from the previous occupants, and when I looked at the table next to me there was someone's medium sized tumbler sitting there, which had clearly been left behind. These small yet very evident things showed me that cleanliness of the dining area isn't given much attention. I ordered the Italian trio. It was parmesan chicken, lasagna, and fettuccine noodles. There was no parmesean on my noodles. The person I was dining with thought I had ordered buttered noodles because that's what they looked like. So if you're looking to go somewhere with good food and a nice dining presentation this is not your place. If your looking for a quick sit down with minimal expectations then this place will do just fine.
