  Adam was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything came out perfectly and checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. You can tell he truly cares about giving great service. He made our whole experience so enjoyable, we’ll definitely be back because of him!

  We had a fantastic experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill thanks to our amazing server Adam! From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They knew the menu well, offered great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food came out perfectly timed. What really stood out was their positive attitude and attention to detail — they checked in just the right amount without ever being intrusive. It truly made our meal even more enjoyable. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Adam! Exceptional service like this keeps us coming back!

  My husband and I celebrated our 14 year anniversary and decided to enjoy our meal at Carrabbas. We were pleasantly surprised. They had a valentines day special. 4 course meal for 2 for $65. Of course we had to try a the zucchini frite as well which was delicious. All of the items from our meal were cooked perfectly. And the Sogno di chocolatta is absolutely divine. We also decided to each take home the additional $10 meals, such a fantastic deal. I had the chicken Bryan and my husband had the filet for our meals and then he chose the sirloin to take home and I chose the chicken Picatta. Lexus was our server and she was fantastic. I asked if our meal could not be rushed since this is the first time in a long time we are out without our children. She absolutely made sure of that. Every request we had she honored quickly and she even made sure to remind my husband to get his take home steak a little undercooked for when we reheat it, that it will be as close to his liking as possible. She was very pleasant and we also noticed how hard she was working as she was thr bartender and had a section of her own. She made sure not to leave any dirty dishes on the table to pile up, and she made sure to keep offering water and made sure to bring my husband another coke when his other one was about half. These are things you appreciate as a very well seasoned server who has been in the service industry yourself for a long time. Its nice when you dont have to keep asking for things and when you are checked on frequently, but not overly hovering. Thank you Carrabbas for a wonderful meal, with great service and a nice atmosphere to enjoy our meal together on this anniversary. We have been here a few times before, and we will definitely be back again.

  We had a very nice dinner for my Daughters 22nd Birthday. The food was delicious as usual. Our Server Abby was fantastic. My mother said "it feels like we're on a vacation shes so fun and nice" Abby was so entertaining and friendly. She made it a point to make eye contact and treat everyone at the table with respect, humor, and overall a fun experience. Abby is one of the best waitresses ever, real and down to earth! Abby was sure to stay and talk until everyone's questions were answered and didn't run off like so many other servers. My Dad and I were tired from work and Abby put everyone in a great mood with her high energy. I/we will be back very soon. We'll be asking for Abby again soon. Service was phenomenal. Abby is valuable asset to Carrabbas dinning experience! Management, please do everything in your power to keep Abby Happy and around long-term! Great Server, great person! Great food and welcoming smiles from all the staff. The smells and restaurant vibe we're great too.The 10 dollar take home meals topped it all off. Abby, employee of the Month! Thank you Carrabbas for a rock star level night. I Never had a bad dinner here! Overall even better food than the past! I had the steak this time! Perfect Birthday dinner with a little surprise at the end too.
