  Best dining experience of the year – and it’s all because of Adam From the second we sat down, Adam made us feel like VIPs who accidentally wandered into his section. Adam had great recommendation on food and drink pairings and was passionate about it all. He anticipated every need – drink refills appeared like magic, extra napkins before we knew we’d need them, perfect pacing between courses – all while keeping the vibe light and fun with humor and smiles. Adam you didn’t just serve us dinner; you gave us an experience we’ll be talking about for years. We’re already plotting our next visit and requesting your section. Whatever the restaurant is paying you… double it. You’re a legend. 10/10, will fight other tables for a seat in your section every time. Thank you for making our night absolutely perfect!

  Attended my first pairings dinner last night, the 5-course Bourbon dinner. It was an exceptional experience! The food was amazing, with large portions and everything perfectly prepared. Equally impressive was the service—thanks Adam—that never missed a beat throughout all the courses. The overall pacing of the entire evening was spot on…not rushed but always very timely. The group appeared to be 50-60 people so I was very impressed with the kitchen’s pro-level attention to detail. I seriously could not have been more pleased and will try their other pairing dinners again very soon. One last thanks to the manager Kelly who called to personally confirm my reservation a few days before the dinner. Very nice touch. 100% recommend these events for everyone. It’s a great time and a great value.

  Aracely was our server. Great attitude, nice sense of humor when appropriate, made sure the tempo of the courses was exactly as it should be, checked to make sure the quality of our meals were as expected. We came in 90 minutes before closing, but you would never have known as the service and the food were perfect. Great job Aracely! We hope to have you as our server again. Soon.

  Our nearest Carrabba's closed, which was devastating to my parents as it's been their favorite restaurant for years. We decided to try the next closest location (this one, naturally), and it's fantastic. It's a good-sized restaurant, so even when the parking lot is full there is seating. The Italian menu is diverse, the food was excellent, and their deal to take a second entree home for $10 is unbeatable. But we were especially delighted to discover our favorite waiter, Adam, moved to this location. He's always friendly and prompt, and his rapport with my parents and their friends is, to be frank, legendary. My mother can hardly wait to inform their friends that the can have a reunion with their favorite server.

  I just want to say that as a longtime Olive Garden diner, I now shall be a convert to the Carrabba’s world now. I dined in and had excellent, energetic and efficient table-side service by Adam, who does a great Jack Nicholson impression by the way. Food was tasty and hearty in terms of portions, but not overly heavy like some Italian food can be here in America. As we head into the colder seasons this is a phenomenal go to spot for an assortment of Italian fare. I’ll practice my best possible impression of Michael Keaton’s Batman for my next trip there and will request Adam as Jack Nicholson’s Joker to be my server.
