    I want people to be "AWARE" that if you buy anything from the Arby's S.76th location to check what they are being charged for before you pay. I went thru the drive thru & used a coupon that was for a meal under $13 & when I handed my card to pay & looked over my receipt they had charged me $21 plus tax. I let them know, that "THEY made a mistake" n over charged me & they refused to give me my money they over charged me, claiming it's store policy NOT TO GIVE YOU ANY MONEY BACK. I believe that is wrong especially if the mistake was theirs n they over charge you. Instead of being fair, the manager told me she would write my name n next time I can get a meal for free? Like does she know me personally, NO! & when I told her the mistake was theirs not mine, she said it wasn't hers, but the cash registers n she couldn't return my money. So, they were basically trying to keep my money, they over charged me, no matter what on a mistake they made. She told me to just come back another day n get a free meal instead, but Why? I was already there n they owed me money! So I told her it's either you give me a meal or my money. She was refusing to give me either, my money or a meal but ended up giving me 2 ham n cheese sandwiches which was the equivalent of the money they owed. I don't think it's fair bcuz no 1 should be forced to spend more than they should or be over charged n not get their money returned. FYI pay attention what they charge & the food they give you, it was all cold!!!

    Absolutely horrible experience tonight the staff has no clue what orders they are taking ,made me pull up And had me sitting for 20mins waiting for my other half of my order of which I had to physically go and retrieve and the person that I had interaction with had no clue what my order was ,they couldn't even get right,tried calling the location and no one answers the phone ....DO NOT GO TO THIS ARBYS also don't buy the brisket it's so fatty it disgusting
