I order a lot from this location, its disappointing. 10/8/25 Talked to a person on Saturday, left a message online and now today I had to reach out. All I want is a refund for a missing quesadilla. Nobody seems to be able to help. It shouldn't be this hard. 10/10 No one has contacted me. Terrible customer service

There were 2 workers and we arrived with only 2 people in front of us. Waited 40 minutes, food and smoothies piled up on the counter. Finally at 7:45, three other workers showed up and we received our order. No sorry or coupons for free smoothies....NOTHING. Food was cold and smoothies were half melted. Very disappointed. Hopefully you learn to have more staff working on fundraiser nights from now on.
- RSRCS SalesSep 14, 20251.0This location has to have the worst service in the area. Every-time we have gone here the service is terrible. This evening we stopped in to order three simple menu items. The individual working the register didn’t even say anything when I walked up. I was the only one in the store at the time of ordering and it took about 15 minutes to receive the food. After getting home we realized the order was wrong and I don’t think the person working the register listened to what I ordered. Save your money and avoid this location.
