- SRsavanah rauchApr 3, 20261.0i never leave google reviews, however i feel like it’s needed. i sent my boyfriend to go pick up my mobile order for me, they asked him for the name, he gave it to them, then they asked what the order was he said “spicy chicken sandwich” it was a regular one however he didn’t know however she proceeded to argue with him that it was not spicy and it was a regular chicken sandwich, then she asked for the order number in which he gave it to her after i sent him a screenshot all while we were on the phone she snatched his phone out of his hand while he was trying to show her the screenshot of the order number. did not ask to grab his phone at all when he asked for a manager she said “it’s me” and laughed. as somebody who works in customer service that is supposed to provide the same treatment to customers as chick fil a this is insane to me, and we will not be returning to this location.
