  Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a great spot for a quick, tasty, and relatively healthy meal. Their smoothies are the star, with lots of flavors and customization options. The food menu is also solid, especially the wraps and bowls. It's a bit pricey, but the fresh ingredients make it worth it. Cam is an amazing worker

  I hate to do this because it is not really something I normally do but this is my 3rd time at this location. Unfortunately, each time I have been here I have a hard time getting the correct item I ordered from the staff working here. The first time we had to pay for the correct smoothie after already having to pay for the wrong one. I know typically the “right thing” to do would be to not say anything and not go back to this location but I do not think this is right at all so I wanted to speak up. Seems like customers are not taken inconsideration at this location.

  I ordered my smoothies incorrectly and they were so kind to fix them for me, even though it was my mistake!

  Drinks are awesome, was surprised to find myself enjoying the food quite a bit more than I expected. The whole staff is chill. Natalie is especially nice, I’m a bit of a yapper but she doesn’t seem to mind me talkin. Always enjoy my visit.

  Natalie the manager . Was so rude to me I've went to this place on multiple occasions for a chia oatmeal bowl . They literally for got my oats and coconut chips then had the nerve to tell I can give your money back you should be happy. Smh I would be happy if the chia bowl didn't have soup look so water down with something no oats and and no coconut chips . They basically are sell old chia bowls with have the ingredients I really think they might be old . And she wants me to be happy only at this l Location I have so many problems. They can get it right because I think they are not being trained properly .. also the manager Natalie acting like she did me a favor by serving me old chia oats with out the all the ingredients missing the extras I payed for .. some how im the bad guy and she starts with all the excuses on why its messed up . Save your time and go to the east side . Now I know why my stomach was hurting every time I went to the mason street tropical .. I will not go back to this place and hopefully you dont either..
