When I went to pick up my food, the employee handing it to me had a very noticeable amount of hickeys all over their neck. I understand that people have personal lives, but this felt really unprofessional and not appropriate for someone working in a customer-facing role. It made the whole interaction uncomfortable and gave off a careless impression about the overall standards of the place. I expect a basic level of professionalism when I’m being served food, and this just didn’t meet that expectation. I hope management takes this into consideration and reminds staff about maintaining a more professional appearance while on the job.

The black girl with glasses was calmly explaining to the lady that they ran out of bacon and that she had tried to call the other stores to grab some. The lady with the glasses scolded the girl, and I feel bad for that girl. All she tried to do was communicate that the lady with the Glasses was being really mean to the girl.
