  I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but the experience continues to be consistently frustrating and disappointing. Most recently, I ordered a Kids Nachos meal, which clearly includes a drink and a side. The employee initially refused to give me the apple juice until another customer behind me stepped in and confirmed that it is included. Even then, she handed it over with a very obvious eye roll. She also refused to provide the side, insisting that the chips counted as the side—which makes no sense, since nachos already come with chips. She argued with me about both items and even complained to someone near the register during the interaction, which was extremely unprofessional. This wasn’t a one-time issue. Every time we order ahead, our order is wrong—either we receive someone else’s food or the ingredients are incorrect. It happens so often that we’ve stopped ordering online entirely and only go in if we want any chance of getting the correct order. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest Qdoba to us, but the lack of accuracy, poor customer service, and overall unprofessional behavior from staff make it one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Based on other Google reviews, it’s clear this is an ongoing issue and not just our experience. Until there are major improvements in staff training and management, I would not recommend this location.

  Came here on Burrito Day and the service was actually very fast and they filled the bowl up very full. Always a good time when they fill the bowl up.

  No one speaks English. Burrito was falling apart and asked about it, see if they’d fix it and got deer in the headlights back

  I had the best experience today . I had a big order .Mr. Handsome the guy who prepared my order was very helpful . He did an amazing job . He prepared 8 bowls in an efficient way, he was very friendly and generous . The place was so clean . The cashier was well aware of the deal taking place at the restaurant . I love this restaurant and this branch specifically I will definitly comeback again and again and again

  Absolutely terrible! Made an online order at 5:45 pm. The said our order would be ready for pick up at 6:00 pm. We sent our son there immediately as its a 15 minute drive each way. This order was to be picked up at the window. My son showed up, and waited, and waited, and waited. They asked him the order name twice, and waited. Then they gave him someone else's order. Then he waited more. So, I got in my vehicle and headed there myself, another 15 minute drive. At this point my son was already sitting outside the pickup window for approximately an hour. I got there and they had no idea what was going on and did nothing about my 17 year old sitting out by the pick up window for an hour. Our order happen to be sitting in the store for pick up, the order form CLEARLY said window pick up. They could put it together to look on the shelf for the order. I told them I wanted a refund, and was told not until the 4 people in line where served. They wanted me to wait even longer for that process. I told them that it would be done immediately! My son and I each drove home empty handed and walked through the door of our home at 8:20 pm. Never, ever again!
