I placed an order online. After about 45 minutes the status wasn't showing any longer so I called the store. They said they were out of bread. 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday.

I ordered food on the Jimmy John’s website to be delivered tonight. I received a text msg stating Uber Eats would be delivering the order. The uber driver delivered the wrong food from the wrong restaurant. I called the uber driver and no answer so I called Jimmy John’s and explained and they said they can’t refund me as it’s an Uber Eats order. It was not. I ordered directly on JJbsite! He said I need to go thru uber even though I did not order from uber. The girl on the phone at JJ called me names and swore at me and hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager and he said we can’t help you and I didn’t hear the girl swear at you. What a joke. WORST customer service EVER. DO NOT order from this place. I’m now out $40.

I've ordered three times from here and twice the order was wrong. When I called back to get the missing items I was told they are very busy and it would be awhile before they can get them to me. I have a work lunch and now have to tell someone their order won't be here. Frustrating.
