  I placed an order for pickup online. When I went to pick it up, my elderly father wanted 2 breadsticks so I asked for 2 more breadsticks. I was graciously just given 2 breadsticks without charge!!! I had every intention to pay for them so the kind gesture was greatly appreciated!!! I order from this Fazoli’s often and staff is always very kind & friendly!!

  I had an amazing experience at Fazoli’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Cloey! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I had everything I needed. It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in their work, especially in a fast-paced environment. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—but Cloey’s positive attitude is what really made the visit stand out. She turned a quick meal into a genuinely great experience. Fazoli’s is lucky to have her on the team! Definitely a 5-star experience. I’ll be coming back for both the food and the excellent service!

  Came here to get my lunch for myself today on my break and I went through the drive thru and the girl on the speaker was taking a phone call while taking my order and when I got to the window she had a cocky attitude towards me and was still on the phone call. Once the phone call ended she stood there on her phone until my order was ready. I know from experience working in fast food the job can be stressful and difficult at certain times, but the customers shouldn’t be able to notice your frustration or you standing there on your phone. I don’t know what the company phone policy is but it should be reviewed and the employee was a girl with glasses working in the drive thru.

  My group was brought our food by a very nice young lady named Bridget she was so friendly nice sweet she met all of our needs asked every often if we needed anything I noticed her running around cleaning stopping by all customers with a huge smile on her face and making sure everyone was happy with their food service and making sure they were taken care of and going above and beyond as far as customer service goes she’s one of the best servers I’ve seen so far at Fazoli’s and I’ve been coming to this location for 10 years she’s amazing! Th food was amazing as always the breadsticks were a little under cooked and soggy that’s the only thing.
