  Wings were ordered correctly. Received incorrectly. Called to try to get the right wings, forced to pay for the correct wings??!!

  Just was in there less than an hour ago. Stood there for about 15 minutes and only one person eating in there was not busy . No one would help i never even got my order taken so I just walked out

  I have only had Wingstop twice from this location as I don’t live in the area. My husband and I ordered through the mobile app. Last time I had food at this location, I ordered Cajun boneless wings that were DRY, and loved them, so I wanted those but in tender form. I was confused when I opened the box and they were wet sauce (totally my bad, didn’t read the description, I don’t eat at wingstop ever, but based my knowledge with the Cajun flavor on what I had previously). Now, in the end, I didn’t mind keeping the Cajun tenders I had originally, but the reason this review is 2 stars is because the man that assisted me when I came in to ask about the fact I received two totally different versions, was honestly a complete jerk. I don’t ever normally write negative reviews on customer service, I literally work in customer service, and I totally understand they were busy, so he must’ve been stressed and under pressure. But I don’t think the way he spoke to me especially with his tone was warranted in any way. I walked in the door with my to go box of Cajun tenders so I can explain what I was talking about and ask if they had the flavor dry. The man with the dark hair and beard that approached me loudly sighed and said in an uninterested, annoyed voice, “What’s the problem with your order, ma'am?” Ok, a little rude. People were watching at that point. I proceeded to ask about the sauce/dry thing, confused why last time it was dry, this time it was saucy. He explained that’s how the Cajun flavor is, and that the last time I got them and they were dry, it must’ve been the person under-saucing them. Makes total sense and I was ok with that answer. Now I know to ask for them lightly sauced next time. But overall, I was kind, I was not being disrespectful in any way, I didn’t fight with his answer. But I was still approached with an extremely unkind attitude when in reality I did not deserve that treatment. I left feeling uncomfortable and really crappy.

  Wings are always amazing as usual..I'm a regular with my boyfriend but today the customer service was not great. Walked in guys yelling from the back if I have a pick up instead of approaching me...then tells me someone will be with me to order my food...then keeps on giving me looks.. And then went missed him talking to another customer and being very rude....telling him u have to wait for ur order while he was getting himself a soda! This was at 11am 🙄 uncalled for and his hygiene I could say wasn't the best wearing a winter hat while cooking our food! But the women working she's always a sweet heart ❤️ I always try something new when I come and she pointed out you guys have new wings 🥰✨ A+ for her !
