  Went in around 11 pm. We asked the male behind the counter for the restroom key. He started we had to buy food my husband informed him we planned to. My husband even offered to let the gentleman hold his wallet. That we really needed to use the rest room. The gentleman made us go through starting the subs, pay for everything before he would give us the keys. I let the hubby go to the restroom and I finished the subs till he came back. I have a kidney condition that if I can't go to the restroom when I need to go i can have complications. Then when we got our food we were told we couldn't sit in the lobby. It was not posted any where after a certain time you couldn't sit in the lobby. I have never had such horrible service at a subway.

  Had an uber order at this location that they ACCEPTED from the client. Then refused to let me in. Completely ignored me at THEIR front door. Other CUSTOMERS that were inside had to tell me that the other door was unlocked all the way around the other side of the building, despite having no sign and despite my showing the employees my phone with the uber order pulled up. The level of incompetence and quite frankly, lack of intelligence that these employees showed to PAYING customers is not only infuriating but completely unacceptable. They left me outside in 13 degree weather while they were open and when my order was already PAID FOR. When I finally got inside, thanks to the help of the OTHER customers inside, I asked the employee why the did not let me in. The short employee that was working behind the counter told me it was not “their side of the building”. ITS ALL ONE SUBWAY, there is no other business at this location. I told them they need to put a sign up and the same employee said that’s not his job. The other employee that swept the entire time did not ever acknowledge me or even look in my direction. The two employees that were there on Saturday, December 20th at 11 pm need to be fired and your entire store needs to be re-trained. This is unacceptable and you should be humiliated and horrified.

  Decided to try one more time went in to order employee had attitude. It was more worried about where I was parked, then greeting or taking an order owner of this establishment must be extremely rich because every time I go there no one Is there and the Employees are horrible. Look at the rest of the reviews almost all of them are one star. I usually don’t take time to write these posts, but this by far has to be the worst business model I’ve ever seen not to mention again all the ingredients are uncovered at 2 AM while they’re cleaning up How disgusting If you’re looking for food at this time, I would say you’re better off going into a quick trip over this dump hole Waited for almost 20 minutes. One employee was on staff making food asked me to hold on a minute after 20 minutes of standing there. He didn’t even say anything to me. Horrible customer service if you’re gonna be 24 hours be 24 hours if not, you’re wasting your time in mind I drove 12 miles to get here late at night because I work third shift complete waste of time Lastly vegetables were covered, but all the meat was open to the air. Safety screens weren’t even put down absolutely a zero if I could give this no stars and take two away I would

  Tried to get a sub last night. The worker as sweeping and totally ignored me. I stood there waiting for 3 min and finally asked him “can I order?” He completely ignored me and continued sweeping the dining room. I just walked out. If your job is that bad then quit.

  Came at 11 pm and was waiting to order for 10 min. The guy told me to wait. Weird I was the only one in the restaurant.
