Example my burrito was not wrapped tightly leading to it coming apart after getting home. Also the protective foil is not always wrapped entirely around the food leaving the food completely exposed in the bag. Example I'm uploading what it looked like when I got home. Also at times with some of the employee's there's a limited amount of English they can understand so they can become confused at times what you're asking.
