One time I saw the owner showing an employee the binder of procedures, they are on top of cleaning and keeping food fresh and I’m so impressed. It makes me feel good eating there that I’m getting fresh food and they’re making sure everything is well cared for. Lastly, I can’t leave out the amazing sausage bread for a yummy Sunday morning or holiday breakfast! What a gem this place is!!
