  I used to order from this location a lot from the Jimmy Johns app and when they had their own delivery drivers, it was great, arrived fast and always fresh. The last 2 times I ordered delivery they are using uber to deliver the food which each time has taken hour+ to get food when I only live 8 minutes away. Im not sure why they shifted to using Uber but I don't recommend ordering for delivery unless you want to wait.

  I ordered a simple turkey tom sub with bacon and salami. My order took about 45+ minutes to get to me even though i’m only about 6 minutes away from the store. I didn’t actually get to my food until about little over an hour after i ordered it because the driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions and put my order tucked away behind a wall on a counter where no one could see. ON TOP of that i’m MISSING items that i PAID for on my sub. Im extremely frustrated, disappointed and not happy at all. When i called explaining my frustration no efforts were made to try and make things right. i just got store credit for my two missing items…. I don’t even want to go back to this store after this. I wanted an extremely LONG time for simple little sub and when i finally got it my order wasn’t even right. that’s upsetting
