With 5 people working, nobody said hello. It took 20 mins for 2 subs. $30 for mostly bread and lettuce, very dissatisfied.

Will not eat at the Jimmy John’s on Oneida ST anymore. Apparently they can’t comprehend what a modification is when a customer requests their subs to be made a certain way. And then on top of that when delivered. They were asked to not knock due to my dogs but let’s knock as hard as we can. Unbelievable

This is a follow-up to my last review: I gave them another try with the $3 apology credit... Ordered online at 11:20am, they called at 11:30 to let me know they were out of iced tea so I had to update the drink. They never stated they were extremely busy or anything. 1 sandwich, 1 Sprite and 1 pickle, under 1 mile away from the store itself, delivered finally at 12:19pm without the drink that was in question. Had to then wait on the drink. That was my last try with them.
