  I got the brown sugar shaken espresso w/ two pumps of pumpkin. Amazing. I got my mommy an americano, and she loved it. And then I got some of the wicked munchie donuts, but sprinkles aren’t really my thing, so I didn’t love the donuts. I really just wanted the tin lol It’s actually so freaking cute. And they had doggy treat doughnuts!!!!! Adorable.

  Wish we had a west side location but no complaints other then the drive through entrance is sketchy.

  Stopped by the drive through this morning leaving Green Bay and left disappointed. They didn’t have a drink that’s being widely advertised across tv and social media from their Wicked menu despite having advertisements for them on their menu board. They had no eggs (in the morning) - with no “we apologize for the inconvenience” or a reasonable explanation. After being told they had no eggs, we asked about what kinds of bagels they had and they only had one kind which also seems odd. The lady working the drive through had poor customer service. Everything was super short and “we don’t have that” - no suggested alternative or empathy for not having everything we asked for. When we got all of our food, it was far from the standard of other Dunkin locations. Donuts and munchkins tasted dry and stale. The bagel was overcooked. Wish we would’ve seen a review like this and saved ourselves the trip out of our way.

  First - I rarely give bad reviews unless something about the establishment is rotten to the core. Bare that in mind as you read this 1/5. Note - I’d give 0 if I could. #1 - trash everywhere outside. #2 - told to wait in drive-thru, at least 3 mins until I said ‘Hello?!?’. #3 - they take order (1 latte, 5 munchkins, 2 orders of hashbrowns). I’m given drink and munchkins, then told to pull around and wait. 20 mins later I opt to go into the store. I’m ignored for 5 mins. Then lady asks if I can be helped. Yes, waiting on two orders hashbrowns. She walks away and puts the order in the oven without explanation. After they are done, she hands me bag, no napkin btw, and says sorry about that and walks away like my loss of time does not matter. Never again will I go to this dump with 0 concern for customers.

  Some days they are really good and everything hits the mark and then some. Dunkin done right can really hit the spot. But other times they take a drive thru order and it's obvious they aren't listening. You can order two coffees, then they will ask you again for your order, and then it will still be rung up incorrectly. Want a hot french vanilla and an iced caramel swirl? Prepare for a hot caramel and iced vanilla. Want bacon & cheese on a bagel? Prepare for sausage & egg on a crossaint. I even asked of they had a specific donut in stock, they said yes, took payment, then said they were all out. This is not a one-time thing either. As someone who has gone 100+ times in the past two years, this is the experience about 40% of the time. So triple check your food and taste your drinks (don't just look at the label). You'll be happy you did.
