  So last night, I went to the app to order a pizza because I was hungry and wanted something delicious, ya know? The entire process from the moment I paid for my order, to the delivery driver knocking on my hotel room door was over an hour for a delivery that wasn’t even 5 minutes up the road, but you really trying to tell me, that over 30 minutes of that process was for a quality check, and the image attached was the best you could do??? That is absolutely appalling and a poor display of quality customer service, and the fact that no one even had the integrity or decency to even offer even so much as a partial or full refund, or even a remake at the very least, sickens me, and just goes to show as a reflection of how much you take pride in your work. Absolute abomination

  This place is an absolute joke!! We placed an order of 4 pizzas for a party 1.5 hours in advance for delivery. The delivery window was half hour late so we called the store for an update. The "man" that answered was extremely rude and vulgar. He said he only had one driver with 3 other deliveries ahead of us and proceeded to yell that we'd get it when it gets here. When we requested to speak to a manager, he refused and hung up on me. This is absolutely the WORST pizza place in the area-DOMINOS should be embarrassed by having employees like representing them but they don't even care.

  Never got the food we ordered. Got the incorrect food. When we called we were informed that they were short staffed and that the delivery drivers had taken 3 orders at once and it would be almost an hour to get new food to us. I get it you're short staffed and all. But in all seriousness carefully check the orders when you take that many at once to avoid messing up. This very much ruined my night. The order we got was nowheres close to what we ordered. Not stuffed crust, way too much meat (and my roommate is vegetarian) black olives, (no thanks) and the other box contained permesan bites instead of lava cakes which I was really looking forward to after a very stressful day. Thanks for that. That was just what I needed tonight my order to be so mega disappointing that it got switched with someone else's. Well I hope they're enjoying mine since obviously I can't.

  Ordered 3 pizzas with the first one ordered as a thin crust. Wife was rather upset when I got home with all 3 hand-tossed crusts

  Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while! This will be my new pick up location for my favorite pizza. Super friendly and my pizzas were so so fast. Genuinely pay these guys more. UPDATE : after getting home my pizza has a good amount of topping which is such a bonus in the age of shrinkflation. 10/10 thanks boys ❤️
