  1st time here and we had a blast. Will definitely be back. I think I loved it more than the kids.

  We went to Dave & Buster’s for my partner's birthday and absolutely loved our server. She was on top of things and lovely to talk to! While the gaming experience is usually fun, the games clearly lack the maintenance they need. The VR masks were ripped and stretched, and many machines were either labeled 'out of order' or required service. There were still things to play, but a good handful of the games didn't work.

  This was for the NYE event which cost us $230+ dollars. That’s without including the travel costs because we drove 8 hours to get to this location so we could include friends in our NYE tradition. The food was meh which because I’ve done one of these before expected and the champagne was late for the toast. There weren’t any tongs initially to get any food, it felt like they just wanted us to use our hands. On top of all of that the service was mediocre, getting someone to talk to me was impossible and when I did talk to someone no one seemed to understand what was going on. Couldn’t get someone over to the card area to buy a wristband. Waited at one time ten minutes just to try to order a drink at the walk up counter without even a “I’ll be with you in a moment”. I eventually just walked away, it wasn’t worth it. Still never did buy a wristband. I was eventually redirected by a waitress to go to the winners circle who just redirected me back to the bar. No one on the game side of things seemed willing or able to do anything at all. I have been to over 7 Dave and Busters and I have gone to a Dave and Busters every year for new years for the past 4 years. This was an extremely poor showing and this location absolutely has the ability to do better. Here’s a list of all the broken games I remember and there were certainly many more. Hungry hungry hippos was broken and the green hippo had all the balls but the other three hippos weren’t disabled. Meaning people could and did waste money on it. When we tried to mention this issue to a senior game tech, (according to the shirt) he became rude and just claimed “yeah it doesn’t work”, we tried to explain that because all the balls were stuck in the hippos mouth that it was literally unplayable but he just walked away from us. The dodgeball game literally has a motor error flashing on the screen but still was enabled. (See picture). The hot wheels game, one side wasn't reading cards and the side that did work didn’t have movement the way those games are supposed to. The Top gun game both sides scanned but only one side had movement and then eventually half way through a game it just stopped letting anyone play and flashed a message saying the card needed to be rescanned (it wouldn’t actually let you rescan). I have a video of this but it wouldn’t let me add it to the review. Guitar hero one controller only the red yellow and green button worked. Blue was useless. UFC on the right side, it says that you are hitting it even when you aren’t meaning that side will always lose. PAC-Man the joy sticks aren’t very responsive. Tbf to this location though, I’ve had an issue this game at almost every location we’ve been too. This game really just loses feedback quickly I think. There was a bloody used tampon on the ground in the bathroom stall and blood all over the toilet. The cyberpunk game has an activate windows message on the bottom right. You’re owned by a multi-million dollar company and you don’t have windows activated? Come on! The Zombie grabber game, is supposed to have a spinning track and you push the puck into the hole as it spins. The spinning wasn’t working and none of it was disabled. Disable games that aren’t functioning correctly! Lugi’s mansion, the left gun was unresponsive and funnily enough I wasn’t the only one who thought so because at one point I came across a napkin where someone wrote on it with sharpie and put it on the card scanner saying basically that. Wish I had taken a photo but I missed that one. The axe throwing game was missing quite a few of the pegs Mario cart the one on the futurist left sometimes just suddenly would stop accelerating mid game. I had an unlimited card play on some games but there were many people there who didn’t, imagine paying these games and it being broken and having limited plays? That’s ridiculous. This location isn’t worth anyone’s time in its current condition. I had more to say and more broken games but apparently reviews have a character limit. TLDR 0/10 do not recommend.

  Took kids n grandkids there dropped about 500 bucks there . Went to order a drink at bar and appeared to be closed. Sat there over 10 minutes while I watched workers aimlessly walking around. When I asked a worker if the bar was closed they seemed annoyed I asked. It was no wonder why bar was pretty much empty. Horrible service. Won't be going back. Big disappointment.

  My husband and I were at the mall doing some last minute Christmas shopping. We wanted a drink with lunch so chose DnB. We sat at the bar because table service at that place is absolutely abysmal. The bartender carded us. My husband is about to be 42 and I will be 45 in 2 weeks. I never carry my ID unless I'm driving or going to the bank. It was ridiculous of her to card us. I work on the industry for over 20 years and know when to card. We decided to not eat there so we paid for the beer and left a 10 cent tip.
