- MPMikel PerryNov 28, 20251.0The service we had at this Arby’s just now was absolutely ridiculous. Clearly the guy taking our order (name on the receipt says “order taker”) did not want to be there. He was sitting at a booth when we walked in and the cook actually had to look around the corner to see if he was ever going to stand up and take our order. Then I asked him if there were sauces in the bag and he said he put Bronco Berry in for our bites. I asked if we could have horsey and Arby sauce and he acted like I was truly annoying him. He was a sorry representative for the company. When there are three Arby’s all pretty close together there is no reason for us to ever visit this location again.

However they wouldn't even make us some fries for my kid. He was so upset. I know we all want to be done when we are done at work. However if your hours are posted you should be willing to work until those posted hours.
