    Asked for bronco berry sauce with my sandwich and fries. Didn't get it and the girl working the drive up window had the personality of a wet sweat sock. I will not be back to west Mason store and way to much salt on the fries.

    This is my favorite arbys, everything is always delicious. But please stop cutting the chicken wraps. No other Arbys from here to Denver that ive been to (and its a lot) cut the chicken wraps. If youre going to cut them in half you need to wrap them better because no one wants to deal with that mess. If you insist on cutting them in half, serve it with a fork because its just a salad in a wrapper at that point.
