  I love this place everytime i come here i get great service i believe Felicity is my favorite worker at this place with the best service always has a smile on her face always friendly love it here shes the reason i keep coming back

  Came here for games. Prices are lowkey outrageous for the crap prizes. The employees (the one that I saw) were fine. A lot of games were broken and when I informed folks it really didn’t seem to matter. I think it’s not worth the price honestly and would prefer thrill factory in Madison

  It’s not every day you get a burger that looks like the picture on the menu holy cow my mouth ain’t that big lol but the I cut it up was able to eat it lol best burger I’ve had in a long time. This was the smoke house bbq burger!!! Compliment to the Chef!!! This burger was massive!!!

  I have been to Dave & Busters a few times since it opened. The food and bar services was absolutely pathetic! Waited at the bar for my table. Sat there for 10mins. Bartender not once greeted us. Went to our table with no drink. Sat at our table for another 10mins before we were even greeted by our waitress. Ordered our drinks and some appetizers. Kids drinks came first(took another 10 mins) Another 10 mins went by and still no adult beverages from the bar. The Bartender was not even making our drinks. And FYI the bar wasnt that busy, clearly your Bartender doesnt know how to their job, So we canceled our order and left. I will not be back for food or drinks. Just to finish our play card. But this isn't the first time I've had poor service!

  Dave & Buster's in Green Bay is an absolute powerhouse of fun! The moment you walk in, you're hit with this fantastic, high-energy vibe that's perfect for any occasion. The venue is massive, impeccably clean, and packed with an incredible variety of games. From the latest high-tech simulators and video games to classic favorites like skeeball, there's something for everyone. The seamless Power Card system makes playing a breeze, and the impressive prize counter gives you a real goal to work toward with your tickets. Beyond the arcade, the experience is top-notch. The food and drink menu far exceeded our expectations—the wings and burgers were delicious and hit the spot after all that gaming. What truly made it a five-star visit, however, was the excellent service and the obvious care in management. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the entire operation ran smoothly, ensuring a fantastic time from start to finish. We left already planning our next visit.
