I am going through a drive through, and getting a cup of coffee which I have to assume the workers make a normal wage. Not that of a waitress/waiter. This doesnt happen consistently, seems to be more in the morning's. I have since stopped going to Dunkin based solely on this practice. Tipping at these sorts of establishments should not be allowed. The company should pay more in wages if necessary.

Today I walked it to ask for my order to be fixed. I was told they do no have medium cups. I told her I did not want a large. Its too much. I asked have you stopped carrying medium drinks. She said to me "are you serious lady" then started ranting about how they are out of cups because of the holidays. She told another employee to refund me. I just walked out. I will never step foot in that store again. She should be fired!!!
