I honestly can't say enough good things about this location and I go to this location exclusively. The staff always make me smile and are so friendly and kind. IF(and that's a big if) they cause an error in my order, they are always quick to fix it.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at approximately 6:00 AM. As a customer stopping in after a long work shift, I was met with an unacceptable level of hostility that has resulted in me losing all desire to patronize this location again.
The employee taking my order was incredibly rude from the start. I was never greeted; instead, I was told "I’ll be with you in a minute" followed by an aggressive "What else? What else?" after every item I ordered. She never provided my total, and when I reached the window, the tension was palpable. She eventually screamed at me regarding which window to pull up to, which was beyond unprofessional. To make matters worse, my food was tossed carelessly into the bag, and my order of hash browns was incomplete.
When I called to speak with the manager, the situation deteriorated further. Rather than acknowledging the employee's behavior or the fact that she was screaming at a customer, the manager was defensive and dismissive.
The employees are the face of your company, and the staff on this shift represent Dunkin’ very poorly. Based on this experience and similar local reviews, there is a clear need for a "reality check" regarding customer service standards at this building. I am requesting that this matter be addressed with both the employee and the management team, as no customer should be screamed at or treated with such blatant disrespect.
