Kitchen table that is clearly visible to customers was filthy. There were only 3 workers so this store was severely understaffed. Still no excuse, keep your kitchen clean! Even with it not being busy I still had to wait in line 15 minutes to order. I noticed the guy (black beard) who was about to make my order, touch other things with gloves on. If I hadn’t asked him to change his gloves he would’ve made my food with dirty gloves!! If the health department saw that, that would’ve been unacceptable. I felt rushed while ordering, nearly gave me a tiny scoop of rice before I asked for more Also ordered chips and they tasted stale and burnt at the same time. In the end I got enough food but it barely had any flavor to it. I’ll be going to the east side location or the Neenah location from now on.
