  Service was slow and bad waited 15 minutes for a Tito’s lemonade only 2 other tables Ordered nachos and waited 15 minutes for barely and toppings and non melted cheese Had them remade and same thing no toppings and non melted cheese. Waitress was training and thought that was an acceptable thing to show a server in training we regret not walking out earlier

  WE GOT FOOD POISONING! My husband and I drove two hours to meet some friends to celebrate their birthdays at this location yesterday (10/25). There was five people total in our party. We got to the restaurant at 6:30PM and ordered our food. The whole tables food came and then mine took an extra 10 minutes. I assumed it would arrive hot and fresh but it was dry like it had sat for a long time. Cheesecurds for two other people in our party were cold. We brushed it off at the time to focus on the two birthdays we were celebrating. Well, let me tell you that wasn't the only party we went to. The other was in the bathroom at 2AM! I got sick, my husband got sick, and so far that I know, one of our friends got sick. The common thing we all had was the ranch dip. My husband and I both had chicken dippers but he also had wings as did our friend. The only thing that overlaps is the sauce. We are not happy. The service was horrible and truthfully, the after effects was WORSE.

  Horrible, ordered for pick up. Was told estimated ready time was in 20mins. Notification said food was ready. Got there and was told had to wait. Upon arrival was two people waiting already before me. After 25mins finally got food after another door dash guy waited an hour just for a piece of cake and nachos. Next time when you tell me my foods ready, give it to whne I arrive, don't make me waited again. Won't be coming to this location again.

  Last three time I've picked food up not a single employee out on floor and food is never correct plus they said my pick up will be ready at 9:40pm got there at 9:45pm stood there for 15 minutes realizing there still isnt a single employee on the floor or at the bar customers were talking and wondering the same thing. Got my food left drove around the back because that's the way out of there and all the employees standing there smoking. I get you need a smoke break but for real read the order make the damn order the way the order was ordered! Simple! All my receipts say what I ordered but all wrong! Thanks 😊
