- AAAlyssa4 days ago1.0I came in today (4/8) with a friend and we checkout and when we walked away the 2 people behind the counter were talking about my friend saying how she didn’t get cheese and commenting on her order overall. They were rude overall and very judgmental. We also saw one of the employees cough on a taco that he was making. The guy behind the counter was chewing gum with his mouth open while working on food. And a lot of the employees were visibly on their phones or talking EXTREMELY loud. Very unsanitary and disgusting as a customer to see that.
- JPJohn PMar 18, 20263.0I ordered on the app and picked it up. When I got home I noticed the queso from the large chips and cheese I ordered was missing and there were hardly any chips at all. I called to let them know and the guy I spoke to didn’t believe me and said he knows it’s there because he packed it himself. After double checking everything, It wasn’t. He then said come and get it and hung up the phone before I could even say anything. When I got there he was clearly annoyed and still didn’t believe me. I don’t have the time, interest or energy in driving 15 minutes back to qdoba to scam them out of a $3 queso but I did it for my wife who was craving some chips and cheese. The food was fine, young dudes attitude was not.
