  Should be zero stars... Ordered take out and arrived right at my scheduled pick up (4:40pm on a Thursday). Was told after a few minutes that my pizza wasn't ready despite the monitor saying it was... Proceeded to see the employee make a pizza, watched it go through the oven, out into a box and into my hands. I wouldn't have minded too much if what I got was anything but this joke of a pizza. I went into the store the next day to speak with a MGR, but was told they couldn't do anything and the GM would have to reach out. The GM reached out tryin to give me store credit to which I said I would just prefer my money back if this is the quality of food being sent out. She said she would process it and call me back... Fast forward one month and after several store visits and multiple phone calls trying to get a hold of the GM, I was only now able to recoup the cost of the pizza minus tip. I find it funny that she couldn't refund me the tip $ but could credit me the full amount... When asked if this pizza was acceptable and if the employee who made this pizza deserved a tip she would not provide an answer and told me to have a good day. That tells me all I need to know about management at this location. If leadership can not admit that this product put out is unacceptable then it's not a place I would recommend spending your money.

  I ordered pizza today from Kay. She was amazing. The people and the quality of service are top notch. 10 out of 10 would recommend five stars.

  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The service was outstanding,especially thanks to Chastity .She was friendly and handled my order quickly and accurately.Highly recommended this location!

  We've ordered from this pizza hut for years. Last order was made and delivered incorrectly. When I called to ask for a replacement or refund, the store manager was incredibly rude and told me it was my fault the order was made wrong. I had to contact pizza hut corporate to get things sorted out. Not worth the hassle with so many other pizza options around.
