  If you come here at night expect to wait at least 15 minutes. Seems to be sorely understaffed. Food quality isn’t worth the wait. Used to be an excellent place.

  I have mixed reviews. I stop on the way home few times a week . There's this guy manager that works there during the evening that looks like he hates it there and isnt very friendly. You'll either a sit their at the order screen with no cars in drive thru an wait 5 mins before someone takes your order and when you get your food like tonight the burgers will be ice cold buns dried out and the fries taste like old fries that were refried. Or b with like 3 cars in drive thru they're park you for 10 mins and still get cold food. Then there's this lady manager with glasses that works evenings aswell that doesn't matter if you're the only one in drive thru or there's already 3 people there . She takes your order pretty much as soon as you get to the speaker and the food is always fresh. If she's not working Id suggest going somewhere else

  Ordered a fry + soda on the app. Service was so slow and non responsive that I just left after about 10 minutes of waiting around.

  Came through the drive through today. Order taken, paid at the window and was asked to move up. After 15 mins of waiting and watching others whom ordered after me get their orders. I asked the employee where my order was just looked my way like I were invisible. I understand to err is human but could you exhibit some concern. NOT IN THE LEAST! This store and its employees get a big fat 0 -0 even for pathetic customer service! Also I asked for a refund. Supposedly got one but all I see is a withdrawal from my account and no refund!!! Even more infuriating!
