- JAJared AdenDec 16, 20251.0I not sure what corporate did to have almost every long-term employee quit, including baristas that have been there for as long as I've been going there (15+ years), but it must have been something special. Since then, the service has become poor and apathetic, no personability, and I honestly will probably not return. Tried stopping this morning for a hot beverage to combat the cold but the barista/cashier seemed befuddled with the customers' orders ahead of me and how to use the register, so I just left instead. Sad to see my favorite cafe fall so far.

- JPJohn PNov 25, 20255.0I always have a positive experience at Colectivo. They have a very friendly staff and great customer service. It is a little bit pricey but the quality definitely makes it worth it. I absolutely love the food here especially the croissant sandwiches.
