- JAJared AdenDec 16, 20251.0I not sure what corporate did to have almost every long-term employee quit, including baristas that have been there for as long as I've been going there (15+ years), but it must have been something special. Since then, the service has become poor and apathetic, no personability, and I honestly will probably not return. Tried stopping this morning for a hot beverage to combat the cold but the barista/cashier seemed befuddled with the customers' orders ahead of me and how to use the register, so I just left instead. Sad to see my favorite cafe fall so far.

The staff will say hello and know you by name if you keep coming back hehe. The food is always hot and delicious, and the drinks too. It's been our spot for a while now :) We recommend going!
