After I picked up the order and got home. I’ve noticed the portion of the chicken is extremely small even smaller than the single portion ive ordered before … was planning to share with my daughter but I had to give all my chicken to her because there’s hardly any in the bowl… I wish the staff could pay attention to the orders and give the customers what we paid for !!

They didn’t listen when I said no beans — tried to dump a giant scoop of black beans before the rice anyway. The vibe? Employees who clearly don’t want to be here. No offer of a drink, chips presented like they were free samples, and zero effort in customer service. My burrito was a disaster: barely any rice, drowning in sour cream, with hard, skimpy chicken. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but enough is enough. Consider this my final visit

And saw a chipotle and I thought oh yummy I could do a burrito bowl. so we went inside nobody in there by two employees. The place was dirty, the buffet was empty and what was there looked very dried out, we left and went to Qdoba, which had fresh buffet and people in it enjoying food,This was 3 pm …..just saying people eat all hours of the day…and I wish I took pictures.

Should have looked at reviews before stopping here. Much better service and food quality at Qdoba not too far from there. And they don't charge extra for chips and guacamole.
