    Posting my sister’s review as well so everyone can see how messed up this wingstop is for stealing peoples money and not giving correct food: Do not EVER order food from this location, specifically delivery. Even if it’s on the Wingstop app!!!! We received the wrong food, $50 WE PAID WORTH OF FOOD WAS WRONG, only one flavor was correct, didn’t get the fries, and food was COLD AND DISGUSTING. I called and spoke to the general manager the next morning. (He was not there the night previous when we ordered the food so they told me to call back in the morning) He had a nasty attitude!! Out of the $50 WE PAID, HE OFFERED US $11.76 BACK and told us to bring the food back for a higher refund. We ordered delivery ON THE APP for a reason. We don’t have transportation! I told him you gladly can come to my house to retrieve the food. If they can’t do this, not my problem as a customer! CLEARLY I ordered delivery because we don’t have transportation. He ended up laughing, told us he’ll send the $11.76 refund to our card and hung up in our face. It’s absolutely disgusting how people run a business. The fact we are new to the area doesn’t help as well. I’ll make sure that everyone in the area does not ever support this wingstop. Some people shouldn’t work in customer service. We deserved our money back and a better attitude especially from a general manager. Disgusting!!!! Posting this on social media next.

    I had a very frustrating experience at this Wingstop location. I walked in and ordered bone-in wings, but the cashier entered my order as boneless wings. When I noticed the mistake and told them the order was wrong, they said I would have to pay extra to change it even though it was their mistake. After explaining the situation, they finally remade the order, but it was still wrong and had to be remade again before I finally got what I originally asked for. The whole process took way longer than it should have because the order was entered incorrectly from the start. Very disappointing customer service and poor attention to orders. I would not recommend going to this Wingstop location.

    I got a 60 dollar order delivered these people sent me fries and corn and soda no chicken then when I call the girl going to say can you come back get it why would I come get if i just payed for delivery then I ask the girl so what yall going to do she said where going to refund you your money but hang the phone up then I call back ask her how you going to refund me you never ask for no information so she asked one thing and said your money will be back and a few days its been over week my money still never came back then I call my bank they said the chargers was never disputed I will never order from here again the service is poor then they sent corn and soda the nastiest soda I ever had corn nasty burnt the worst customer service I remember years ago this place is the reason why I stop eating wingstop The wing stop and midtown off capital Dr is way better and they will make it right if they mess up on the order
