- JKJeffrey Koenig6 days ago2.0It’s an expensive burger, but if you are going here, you understand that. Almost 10% of that fee is leaving our community because of the franchised nature of this business. With a franchise you expect standards and training. This particular store is an absolute disaster. I ordered my burger and left a tip on that screen that demands one or you feel like a degenerate. I asked for a glass for water because I don’t drink soda. I was told there were no more water glasses. I thought it was a joke, but the employee was serious. I wanted to say, “put your tip towards a paper cup next to you” but I was polite and went to my car to get my own cup. The dining room was dirty, a vagrant was sitting outside on drugs with open wounds, and the other customers were not people I would want to have lunch next to. I would think that when their lease is up, that this store is done. Avoid this store and head to Kopps up the street.

I tried to fill out a survey, but the online receipt doesn’t give enough information. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
