We went there for the first time with our grandchildren. We ordered hamburgers, fries and drinks. We spent $52. Our food came in a greasy bag with the sandwiches on the bottom and the fries thrown in the bag. We had to dig through the greasy fries to get our sandwiches, which was not appetizing to say the least! The fries should have been in a container.

This was my first time at Five Guys. I was a little confused with the girls taking my order. For a Bacon Double cheeseburger with Fries & a Drink was $23. & some change. Plus she gave me a small cup of salt for what reason idk. I said No salt on my fries. Plus fries was soft should've cook a little longer. But that's how it is.

Ordered food via app and was informed it would be ready about ten minutes later. Headed over to pick it up, but they weren't ready for another almost twenty-five minutes. My burger was uncooked except for a bit of a sear on the outside (thanks for exposing me to God knows what). Lots of other screw-ups here, but the takeaway is that I didn't discover my undercooked burger until I had a mouthful of raw hamburger.

They may have great burgers and fries but BLTs on a hamburger bun? Yuk!
