  They forgot a part of my order and then refused to answer the phone when I called to rectify it. The place was DEAD when I came in. They ignored my call for fun I guess? I wouldn't eat here again. Update: the chicken was room temp, even though I picked it up within the 15 minute window after ordering online. The wings were hard. Hard. Hard wings. Dried out and just gross. I had to throw them out. I wasted almost $50. I'm livid.

  This place is trash and I’m sure it will be closed soon, like all the other ones! To have someone waiting for over 10 mins and then wait u til they walk out the door to say, yea, we’re only taking mobile orders because we’re busy is the worst version of customer service I’ve ever heard of! But with that, how do you know I wasn’t there to pick up an order?? And the fact that kids are continuously running the place is even worst. And when an adult is there he ALWAYS pretends that he doesn’t understand English so won’t process complaints. I don’t eat here but unfortunately my kid works nearby and keeps trying to give the place a chance so I find myself making complaints on their behalf. I have never seen a business continuously get poor reviews but also doesn’t do anything to change it! I know monthly rent in that place is over $3k, if they got it to throw away just give it to me. 🥴 This. Place. Is. TRASH!

  My lunch starts at 10:30am and I placed an order for pickup at 10:30am-10:40am. The door says that the store opens at 10:00am, the opener doesnt arrive until 10:30 and you still have to wait for them to start the fryers. Dont bother trying to get your food until after 11:00am or you will be waiting around. This has happened twice now and they would not refund me the correct amount for 1 of my missing lunches and and no refund for the other. I paid $23.23 for 1 and they refunded me $19.98. The other, I paid the same and they refused to refund it.

  I think so you guys have no idea what buffalo wings. I ordered my food and my wings was like too much sauce on there and they don’t know how to like mix it and they just give us like dog food so please focus on your business try to giving good good foods good quality and give some fresh food And tell your guys, please wash the hand because they take order and go to make the food they didn’t have washed their hand So please give some training on them

  If I could rate them a zero I would. Aside from the fact that my food was not ready at the time provided it was cold when handed to me. I was advised that adding the sauce to the wings is what makes them cold and I should’ve gotten the sauce on the side. I have never heard of this before from a restaurant. I preceded to ask for a refund and was told I could not receive one. This is by far the worst BW3 I have ever been to in my life. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!
