  I ordered a fish sandwich which is supposed to be cooked to order but it was sooooo hard on the edges, dark in color(almost burnt), and somewhat cold in the middle. How is this possible? My fries were like warm and I waited 10mins for this meal. I had to ask the manager if my food was done because my son and I had were headed to the movies which started 10mins ago. That's when I was handed this slop for a meal. What a disappointment.

  Absolute horrible service. I did a mobile order and after showing up, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order, they told me to pull forward and then i watched 4 other cars behind me get there order. I reversed back to the window to get there attention and I honestly think they're forgot about me. After another 5 or so minutes I got my order along with a quiet mumble of a sorry for the wait and an immediate closing of the window. I drove off and then I realized they forgot part of my order. Absolutely ridiculous, I plan on never going back there.

  Waited in drive thru for 30 mins on Sunday at 12:15 pm for a 6 pc nugget and a spicy chicken sandwich. Then, once I paid, I was told to pull forward and wait longer. I came to this location a few other times this year and I always have to wait 20 plus minutes no matter what day or time. This location should definitely be shut down

  Not sure how this place is in business. Lack of employees. Food was mediocre at best. Tables were not wiped down. There are many more fast food choices in the area.
