Slow slow slow the owner hires people who seem to take breaks between orders

This place is embarrassing. Takes way too long to make the food, likely because employees are on their phones. On this visit, there were no napkins and the employee said they were out. Likewise no lettuce for the tacos. Steak quesadilla had very little steak in it. And when did Taco Bell become as much as Culver's? Also had to park far away from the door because at least 3 of closer spots held employee cars.

When they rebuilt the place, I had hopes of things getting better, since the service sucked in the old building. But that was my mistake. I've tried several times with this place. You will usually wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes after you order, which is long enough to flip a coin to see if they even get your order right. Avoid at all costs.

I usually go to this location after work on the weekends and I receive decent food for a decent price. Today however, I went to this location, ordered on the kiosk and sat in the dining area. I was checked on by a staff member asking if I was waiting on an order to which I replied, “I am.” Turns out my food had already been packed up and was just sitting off to the side. I got my food and drink sat back down and took out everything from the bag. The first thing I noticed was that the “Doritos Locos Tacos” no longer come in their classic white holder that kept them crispier and unbroken. Honestly that should’ve been my first sign that this meal wouldn’t be good. The burrito was fine and so were the cinnamon twists but all three of my tacos were broken, soggy, and overall messy to eat. It got so bad to the point I just completely discarded two out of the three tacos that I had gotten. I’m not blaming the workers entirely because they have no control over things like keeping the tacos crispy and crunchy. However, the tacos were like submerged in sour cream and the meat being at the bottom made the already soggy shells, more soggy. I was disappointed overall because I spent nearly $25.00 for mush.

Disappointing experiences at Taco Bell in Germantown. My order is wrong far too often, which is frustrating on its own, but this last visit really pushed it over the edge. I stopped in during happy hour and was told no one could ring me up because the manager was in the back and the only one who could open the register. That is completely unacceptable and should never fall on the customer. To make matters worse, there was zero professionalism. No apology, no urgency, no effort to fix anything. Just a shrug like this is normal. Between consistently incorrect orders and poor customer service, this location clearly needs better training and management. Customers deserve accuracy, accountability, and basic respect. Do better.I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at Taco Bell in Germantown.
