- TTTiffany5 days ago1.0Unfortunately, the restaurant was extremely unsanitary and service was very poor. The floor was dirty and sticky, and there were piles of trash on the floor near the food pickup counter. It took 22 minutes to receive one coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. Several customers were complaining about the wait, and I saw another customer leave upset after no one came to take her order at the register. What concerned me most was watching an employee wipe his nose with his bare hand and then continue working without washing his hands. The overall cleanliness and food safety standards appeared very poor. I wanted to request a refund but did not want to remain in the restaurant any longer due to the filthy environment

They don’t know the difference between table 59 and locator 59. The floors are always sticky, the family restroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Even the drive thru is slow as hell and they still mess up your order.

That being said, we waited about 30 minutes for our food, the kiosk never gave us a receipt or number so we went up to tell the workers, this one girl looked straight at us, we told her our problem, and she completely ignored us and walked away. TWICE.
