  Called in my order. Ordered six different subs. Only got three correct. Took it back right away. No apologies. Horrible customer service. The driver told me we were out of their delivery range. When I went to return them I said I will pay for what was made and just make my other subs. They didn't and said they would put my name in the system for non delivery. When I called nobody said they couldn't deliver. Working in the restaurant business for over 20 years I would never blame a customer. Especially if I am the one that messed up a whole order. Joke. Wish I could get my tip back that I gave the driver. Said it would be 7/10 days for a refund. We will see. Purely disrespectful and not responsible for their my mistakes

  Being mocked by a "manager" Patricia, whom refused to give her name not realizing it's on the receipt. A new employee Shania entered my order incorrectly and after I paid and noticed I addressed the issue and that's when the "managers" attitude with me began. With the order needing to be addressed she was not wanting to give me the price difference that came from the order being entered incorrectly. She continued to say, I can contact corporate, it's not going to matter.

  Delivery driver threw the bag down and slammed on my door. Sped off like a maniac. Took over 1 hour to get delivered. Ive had several issues lately with this location... im bringing my money somewhere else.

  I waited 45min for A sub then I received it and the sandwich wasn't made right....when I call the lady (not) she yelled at me cause she said I was just mad for the sandwich being late and called me a liar and was VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

  You should let us know if it is not your delivery. I ordered a toasted sub and by the time I got it the bun was so hard I could not eat it! I would have ordered a regular sub if I new it was going to be Uber with one other stop!! Not happy at all
