The only good thing was they refund me my money when I asked . Slow service , customer service was horrible and my complete order was wrong . The place was an absolute mess in the back . This place has gone from bad to shut it down at night .

Terrible service! We waited for almost 40 minutes in the lobby. Completely unacceptable!! Its bad enough their mediocre food is over priced, but to wait almost 40 minutes in a fast food restaurant is ridiculous! The employees seemed not too care, with no sense of urgency...unreal!!

Couldn't tell you how the food is because I ordered 24 minutes ago and still have several people in front of me who have been waiting. I don't think I've ever waited this long for Taco Bell in my life. I would never come back here!

Do not come here. These people care more about saving a dime than providing the value you deserve. I went through the drive thru after work, got parked for 5 minutes (there was no one in line) then got my food. When I got home and took two bites of my chalupa there was no chicken in it. This is what was in it when I opened it up

The drive-through took about 15 minutes, which was fine, but we got a Nacho Taco instead of the Nachos BellGrande we ordered. We turned around, politely explained the mistake, and even gave the taco back.
The manager came over and was extremely rude—he told my mom to “calm down,” called her stupid, and refused to take responsibility even though the drive-through clearly messed up. He said we had to pay for the taco we returned, then went to make the nachos we originally ordered.
He disappeared for a while, and when he came back, he handed us the food with the biggest smile, which honestly made us uncomfortable. My mom asked for a refund instead because we no longer felt safe eating it, and he got visibly upset and refused to refund us. He also refused to give us his name.
No one in management should treat customers this way. This was the most unprofessional and hostile experience I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant.
