There were 2 cars in the drive throughwhen we pulled up. It took 12 minutes to get our mobile order. They didn't know what we had ordered when we got to the next window. When the bag of food was finally given through the window it was dripping wet on the bottom and got my pants wet with soda? Water? Not sure what. Not a good experience. Expected better from McDonald's. Update, got home and bit into the quarter pounder and it seems a bit raw...

Over all great experience. First we forgot socks for the play land and the staff provided socks (who knew McDonalds has socks on hand?!? Not me!)lol. The staff were very courteous. The food was fresh and the store was clean.

Long wait for mobile order of sandwich and fries. Wasn’t prepared until I brought it to their attention. No apology. Dirty lobby. Employee in bathroom on his phone pretending to wash his hands. Avoid this one guys.

This was the last straw. The service here is slow, uncaring and incompetent. There's just no reason to tolerate this anymore, so I'm done. Removing the app from my phone so I don't get tempted to try it again. Goodbye McD. I'm sure my heart will thank me later anyway. The folks ahead of me waited an hour for their food. Mine was quick at only 30 minutes.

The company has problems with staff but there are at least 3 individuals on the first shift Oct.24th 2025 these guys were the only ones there and they worked their hardest and the community should be grateful for our fast food people and the staff.
