You also forgot a McChicken. We only ordered a total of five items.

Asked for our receipt to do the survey Indian lady in drive thru immediately started yelling at us calling names and saying we were never welcome back just for asking for the receipt. Worst experience at a McDonald’s or any restaurant ever

It’s honestly the worst McDonald’s ever to go to. I go there for breakfast on my way to work some mornings and they never listen to me in the drive through and rush my order and I always have to check my food and it’s always missing something bc they don’t take the time to listen. It’s very frustrating and id go there more often in the mornings if it wasn’t so frustrating

Honestly not sure what happened to this location but a year ago it was so much better. The staff is super rude. They always have this mid-age guy taking drive thru orders and he yells “What!” after everything you order. Maybe have someone else take orders if he can’t comprehend 90% of what people are ordering. Another time my husband ordered via the app like he usually does and for whatever reason it didn’t show up on their system. The East Indian lady told him the address was N123 and told him to go down the road to another McDonald. He even second guessed himself but this is the only one he’s been ordering from since we live only a few blocks down. Super disappointing. Retrain the staff please. I worked at McDonald’s as my first job 20+ years ago and that kind of customer service would never have been ok.

Ordered McRibs no onion no pickle and I guess that means no meat too. Tried to call numerous times before they closed was just ignored. You would think the food costing more would come with better service but I guess not
