  If I could put zero stars for the Germantown Wisconsin locationI would called in my order 25 minutes was told to wait for our food. Got there at 25 minutes and then had to wait an additional 45 minutes on a Saturday night. The location wasn’t even busy probably 10 tables had people at it out of the 50 very unhappy, wasted an hour of my time waiting for food that never came with no answers and was told the manager is unavailable.

  I’m actively sitting in the store as I write this, figured I might as well burn some time since I’ve been waiting for my entree for nearly 2 hrs. It should have been a sign, considering the place is at 20% capacity and it still took 15 min for us to be seating. I’ve seen several tables immediately package their food to go, because half the table already finished their meal before the rest of the food was delivered. Never in my life have I seen such disarray and poor handling of a short staffing situation. Bartender was adamant to make everyone feel like the staffing was our issue as the customer. I haven’t been here in a few years and we walked out before being seated then for a non responsive front of the house. Hoped it would be better but very disappointed. 0/10 won’t be back. EDIT: Found hair in the food and multiple other patrons asked for a manager who decided to relay messages with other staff instead of facing them. I am STUNNED

  This location is just understaffed. Food is good but service at this location is downright trash. It's Veterans Day and there is ONE bartender and ONE server for the entire place. A few people have been waiting for To-Go orders since I arrived ~ 30 min or so. I used to door dash and I'd always decline orders from this B Dubs location because anytime you'd get orders it would say it's ready but still have to wait 30 minutes for your order, they are backed up that much all the time. Go to a local place or the West Bend location, it's not worth it coming here.

  I do not appreciate being lied to by the manager. My delivery order was 2+ hours late that I had to go get it. When I asked what happened I was told there was no driver there the first time but I knew there was but he had left because he was waiting too long. She went on to explain that my food was ready but no one was there to pick up. There was a second driver and I know there was someone both times because I called both times to speak with the drivers. the second one kept being told to wait until I asked him for someone to speak to. When a cashier spoke with him the cashier said him that my food was almost done being made. He kept me updated stating that the order was still taking awhile. If my food was ready the drivers would not have waited over 30 minutes. I didn’t even get compensation or offered anything for the inconvenience. This location needs a real work up because I placed my order at 6:15pm and didn’t get. They are always short staffed which says a lot at this point and the manager looking madras in my face and not doing something about is crazy work.

  I placed an carry out order online 2 hours in advance for a pick up order at 11am. I arrived at 11:01am. The door was open and there were only 2 customers in the store. At the carryout desk was a waiting door dash employee but no store employee. As i stood there waiting at the desk, multiple customers started to make lines behind me. So we waited, and waited. At 11:14am the 1st employee finally acknowledged that there was customers waiting and asked us our names to check on our orders. She left to the back and came out with 2 orders full for people. Not mine and i was 1st waiting. The employee then explained that the store was very busy (2 customers in store and 10 waiting for carry out) and to be patient for our food. After another 10 minutes a 2nd employee that was working the bar came over and asked for our names again to check on our orders. At 11:31am, 30 minutes of waiting, i received my order. I checked the order, which was accurate, but the fries were cold. I requested to speak to a manager. The employee explained the manager was very busy. I waited an additional 15 minutes and the employee attempted to help other customers but just walked past me. The manager never came out to acknowledge me. I did not want to wait any longer as it was now 11:51pm, 50 minutes after i arrived. I left with cold food, no way to talk to a manager, and very frustrated. This is a very, very, very bad customer experience and i will not be returning to any BW3 store based on how i was treated at this location.
