Service was great. Decent prices. Lots of sports games on multiple tvs to watch while you eat. Wings were ok, the tenders were better, juicier. Everyone here was very friendly. We went on a Saturday around 6pm, there weren't many people dining at the time. Food took a while to come out.

Terrible!!! Cold food, waited over an hour for food. My chicken was so tough & chewy! My moms burger was burnt, her baccon was jerky! I don't know what is going on with this place, but it's bad. If I could give zero stars I would. Waiter was cool though.

Just left. Ordered online and my order should have been done at 4:10 but when I got here no one was at the front except multiple customers. After waiting for a bit, I informed a server of all the people in the pick up area. She said she would let someone know. After waiting again I let the bartender know. The bartender asked my name on the order and went to the back. The server finally came and said they are backed up so orders are being bagged now. After waiting an additional 15 minutes some girl came to the front getting everyone's name. Then 10 minutes later orders started coming out. I know I put my order in an hour previously so I mentioned it to the girl again. She went to the back and came back with others food twice. I asked someone leaving what her pick up time was she said 4:39. When I turned around the girl went to the pick up warmer and grabbed a bag then handed it to me. The bag was there the WHOLE TIME!!!! The food was cold because it was in the warmer with the door open for over an hour!!! The manager would not even come out to give me a refund. By this time girl behind the counter had an attitude and was digging in her nose with her dry face and too much gloss on her lips. I will never place an order with this location ever again!!! I'm calling Corporate Monday morning. It is 5:40pm and I'm pissed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS. I am sick of getting rude service and missing items. The managers seem truly sincere and apologetic and I feel so sorry for them for dealing with the lackluster, careless, and inept staff. Unfortunately, kind words and a sweet tone are not enough.

Waiting for service took an unreasonable amount of time, and the order was also an obnoxious wait with fewer than 20 customers in BWW. After watching people wait almost an hour for their to-go orders; I know I would never order to-go from this restaurant. The restrooms and floors were unsanitary. The menu description/photos were not what was presented. We wanted to tell the guests that we're standing in the cold lobby, waiting for attention, to leave.
