  Bdubs used to be a favorite in high school/college but in recent years all have declined, but this location is easily the worst. Understandably, restaurants are short-staffed, among other industries. But the lack of hustle or even efficiency (planning ahead and not making multiple trips because you forgot something) would certainly help. With a 10+ min wait to be acknowledged, 30 min to get food out, this isn’t the BDubs I remember. Food was dry, the place (floor in particular) was dirty and quite frankly disgusting, and we were seated at a dirty table. My 3 year old is on her third bathroom trip of explosive diarrhea post-dinner. I definitely won’t be returning to any Bdubs again after this experience. Update: my boyfriend is also now experiencing diarrhea.

  Arrived at the restaurant at 2:30 hoping to be ahead of the "dinner rush", there were about 3 other tables with guests half of them with food already. After 45 minutes our server let us know they were finishing up our order and it will be right up. 15 minutes later (1 hour total) our food arived, 2 of the 3 orders were warm at best, the wings I ordered were cold. I asked if they could just warm them up and our waitress offered to make me ones. The rest of the family ate their food and I waited an additional 20 minutes for the wings. They came swimming in the wrong sauces but at least they were hot. Never offered to refill our drinks and never an apology.

  I had not been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in probably 5 years. Not impressed at all. Seated at approximately 4:20. Greater and seated and then she walked away. Server came by and took the order. Very pleasant and helpful. Greater brought out 2 side orders and walked away. No plates to eat it on. I had to use a napkin. I noticed her walking by and talking on her phone. She went outside for about 3 minutes. She came back in talking on her phone. I motioned for her across the room. She came over, telling the person on the phone to hold on. I asked if i could have plates for our appetizers, she finally brought them. The greater brought 1 plate for 2 people. She was still on her phone and was using the “f” word. Our waitress came over and I told her what had happened. She apologized and did go and talk to her. Our waitress also stated she was helping to cook the food because they were short handed. I was ok with that. I waited another 30 minutes for endless side to come out along with boneless wings, tater tots, fries and wedges. I also wanted more onion rings and mozzarella sticks, which I paid for endless on both. I waited almost an hour from sitting down to being served the boneless chicken wings and that was also a disappointment. They were dry and not worth eating. I boxed my food up and paid a $60+bill. I guess I won’t try this establishment again.

  Waited in the lobby for 10 minutes. No help. Then once they came. They sat us down for 15 minutes and no one came to us. We left after wasting almost 30 minutes with no service.

  No hostess seen for ten minutes, the other 2 groups who were there before us hadn’t seen anyone either. We all just left to go somewhere else to eat. It will be a while before we go back.
