- PVPaul VanceDec 29, 20251.0Avoid this location at all costs. We placed an order from Subway.com for delivery, and the food never showed up. Called after 90 min and were told the subs were sitting there cold. We asked if they could be remade and we would just come get them and were told no. Employee on the phone was one of the rudest people we've ever spoken to. Reached out to Subway and got a reply from the owner of this location (BIREN PATEL) who stated that Subway.com doesn't offer delivery as an option. Clearly this person has not visited the website. He insisted we had to have ordered on Door Dash or Uber Eats, which we did NOT. We used the website and our credit card statement proves that. Now they refuse to do anything and we are out $42. We still plan to fight this, but like I said, go a few minutes down the road to the next location.

Order went through, bank took the money, but they claimed they never got it so there was nothing they could do to help me. Even though they could see the order & charges on my phone. We ended up leaving without food and now have to wait until Monday to dispute the charges. An unnecessary added hassle for the simple act of ordering lunch between soccer games.
