  Literally took 30 minutes for 5 items and i was the only one there. This location has totally gone downhill!

  Before I go through my experience, know this about this Franklin Taco Bell, they up charge more than locations in Southern California and other areas with higher costs of living. Food on average is marked up by 43% and condiments/sauces and add ins are marked up an average by 150%!!! What A joke... I really hope this location goes under Ordered 10 min prior to arrival, told to pull Up front and they would bring food out, 25 minutes later employee came out and said she was so sorry to ask me this but could I come in and let her manager know your still waiting. She said they didn't believe me that you were waiting and weren't making your food. I thanked her, went inside and spoke to an employee, after some discussion between them they finally agreed they needed to make my food. After another 20 minutes the same girl who came out to my car asked them if they can make my food since I'm still waiting. They got mad at her and one employee started yelling and slammed his spatula and slammed the quesadilla warmer. Then the guy who got my food by mistake brought it back and they pulled his food out of a warmer now 50 minutes later and gave it too him. Finally after a full 55 minutes from the time I got there they gave me my food. Chalupa shells were hard as a rock and food was mediocre, I honestly lost my appetite after that experience. To top all this off this location charges much higher prices and doesn't offer rewards for the same menu items as other locations. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN HERE. Worst part is Taco Bell customer support is terrible and never helps remedy these situations even after multiple attempts to contact them.

  Most of the time it’s fast and fresh but sometimes the fries are old,(very rarely).

  Taco Bell is a good fast-food go to spot.. we went in to order our food and sat inside and ate, the staff was kind and helpful

  Awful experience. Black man or woman, whichever they prefer, with the long nails, was impatient and rude with us, and the car behind us. Checked our bag, they forgot a grilled cheese burrito. Devin, the manager on staff, asked to see our bag as if we are lying. We obliged which they told us we’d ordered 2. Sure no problem, asked us to pay for the third, we elected to take the wrong order and leave as our patience was exhausted. Also gave us nacho fries instead of nachos, whatever I guess. I never bother to write reviews unless it is an appalling or amazinggg experience. Do not go to this Taco Bell. Drive however far to literally anywhere else. You’ll thank yourself later.
