Forget my potato salad on a delivery order, so I called and said “hey my potato salad was missing from my delivery order, can I just get a credit for next time?” The guy said “yeah just tell them the next time you call in”….I said no no, it was an app order, and he told me “oh we can’t credit accounts, you just have to call and let us know we forgot something last time.” We all know that no huge chain would be cool with giving away free food cause you just tell them over the phone they owe you one. I said “uhhh ok thanks” and hung up cause there won’t be a next time.
I called Saturday night because I wanted to place an order of their #1 Pepe which is a ham sandwich. I explained to whoever answered that I’m 5 months pregnant and can’t have cold cuts. I asked if they could toast it for me and they said no they couldn’t do that for me unless it was a ham three cheese melt. I told them I didn’t want the cheese. They refused to toast it for me. I went there a lot for my first trimester for non cold cut sandwiches, but after this I’m not putting my money at that place. I’ll take my money and go somewhere else.

Drive though they stick the card reader into your car on a stick with a menu for tip, but no option for $0 tip. Receipt doesn't match what I was charged either. I shouldn't be expected to tip in the drive through. Will never return ever again.

Freaky fast. Food was ready once I paid.

I ordered delivery (through the JJ app) for two subs on a boring Sunday evening in January. No Packers game on, no holiday. It was snowing lightly, but certainly nothing significant.
I ordered two of the same menu item, both customized to add lettuce, one of the two also had fried onions added. I received confirmation of my order at 6:36 PM, then a notice that my order was out for delivery at 6:48 PM.
The order was not delivered until 7:35 PM, a full hour after my order, and 47 minutes after it was marked as ‘out for delivery.’ I called at 7:20ish to find out if there had been a problem and was told that the driver, “had another delivery in the opposite direction first,” but that he was on the way with mine.
I’m not sure exactly what the delivery radius of this particular location is, but I’m certain it’s not a 20-minute drive in every direction.
Needless to say, when the food finally arrived the toasted subs were no longer warm. To add insult to injury, neither of our subs had the customizations we ordered.
I’m not unreasonable. I knew that delivering while there were light flurries was bound to lead to slight delays. In fact, to preemptively show my appreciation for the expected service, I added a $10 tip to a $34 order. When the driver pulled up in a 4WD SUV, the incredulous slowness of the delivery service became even more infuriating.
Think twice before counting on this Jimmy John’s location.
