- FAFairfield Inn & Suites Milwaukee AirportJul 27, 20251.0Wouldn't give me a refund for their mistakes. I got a salad and i asked for slices of avocado and they gave guacamole. yuck. they forgot my soda. the lady that answered the phone didn't even say hi this is SUBWAY or nothing and then confused my order with a sandwich and i had to tell her that i ordered a salad. When i called to see if they can refund me the lady and the man said that they couldn't give me my refund and that i can have someone pick it up. and then they said if they can take my info down so that the next time i order they can give me something more. why should i have to give you information when I'm asking for them to just refund me. never again will i go to this place. i have never experienced this with subway. I'm always ordering from here. Needs new employers and Manager.
