The garlic sticks were very dry. There was not any butter or garlic on it. The pizza was burnt. It was severely bad never from this location again

They burn all your food, the bread sticks were literally charred and didn’t have any garlic or anything on top, straight bread. Then the lady working there doesn’t care handling the food. Beware, don’t go to this papa John’s. She doesn’t even answer the phone and hangs up.

- LSL SAug 14, 20251.0If I could I would give them 0 stars. 2 pizzas and 2 large cheese stixs were burnt from the regular priced menu were burnt. They were so hard, it was difficult to bite off a piece or even chew it. We also ordered an 8 piece wings and brownie which were fine. I indicated on the survey that is sent via email of the terrible food we received and requested to be contacted. Aimee College, Executive Assistant, responded by offering $20 off my next FULL MENU priced item. I told her I was not satisfied and she responded with the same offer. I told her this did not rectify the inedible items we received and why should I pay $ in the future for subpar food. I did tell her we have had good food in the past but the last 4 months have been dismal. She did not respond back. My suggestion is to not waste your $ here.
