    The problem with this particular McDonald's is the ownership! (The Ricely Restaurant Group LLC) They DO NOT honor "Buy one get one free coupons" unless it is from their restaurant. First time I have ever encountered this. I will NEVER go to this McDonald's! (To top it off, I was the only person in the drive thru and I sat and waited for several minutes.)

    YOUR NIGHT TIME MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! 3 days in a row now, I have gone in to fix issue(s) with not being given the monopoly pieces. She is super rude, had a bunch of us in the lobby waiting for 15 minutes before anybody helped us. Then another 15 minutes before receiving food. Isn’t this a fast food restaurant? I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, the way this situation is dealt with and still not given monopoly pieces is unacceptable. I’ve called the number twice and left voicemails with no response. I will be going in during the day to try and speak with another manager, losing time in my work day because your night manager can not do her job.

    Literally parked for 25 minutes, and had to go in and pickup food anyway because they forgot to bring 2 happy meals out 🙃

    I just left the Mcdonald's on 76th and Rawson ave in Franklin. I ordered through the drive through. When I told the customer service person that she was missing two mcdoubles. She rolled her eyes at me.Someone was yelling at her in the background. And she basically threw the two mcdoubles out the window with no bag, acting like I was bothering her because I told her that they were missing. I can see why this mcdonald's only has a three star rating.
