I ordered the Swiss French dip with the au jus, through the drive thru.
When I got home, unbeknownst to me, the lid on the container that had the aus ju was not afixed properly.
As I picked up the bag, in my vehicle, the bag ripped and the aus ju spilled all over the passenger seat, both on the bottom and on the back portion of it.
I called the store to explain to them what had happened, and she took my information and said the manager would contact me.
He did not.
I found a link to explain my situation to corporate and did so.
A few days later, I received a call from some somebody representing Arby's corporate.
He said he was in the middle of something and that he wanted to devote more time to our conversation and would call me back.
He never did.
This seems to me to be a prime example of the lack of integrity, both on the local level and the corporate level.
I had to pay $170.00 to have my car detailed, and fortunately for me, the stains came out.
I will never buy anything from any Arbys store again.
Clean and Cozy restaurant, which you never see in fast food restaurants. Had Excellent customer service and the food was Great!

Beef sandwich was cold and dry meat. Worst one in a long long time.

Today I picked up Arby’s roast beef sandwiches, mozzarella cheese sticks, and potato cakes for my 86 year-old mother and my sister and myself . When I walked in the store, I noticed how incredibly clean the restaurant was and was immediately welcomed with a hello and a smile. The manager of the store, Vera, was the one that helped me. She helped me decide how much to buy for my family. I love the Arby sauce and I asked for extra and she gave me four extra packets. Arby’s is my mom‘s favorite and I will definitely be coming back here to bring her more Arby’s roast beef sandwich sandwiches.!!!
Nice, clean place, employees talk loud enough to hear an issue or 2 back there, but it doesn't bother me. Rang the bell last time I was in there.
